Flender Standard Gear Units series  products are developed for applications  in nearly all fifi elds of mechanical power  transmission. Flender standard gear  units comprise helical and bevel helical  type with horizontal and vertical mounting  positions available.

Characteristic Features: 

•Flender gear units are highly effifi cient  and based on a modular design which  allows a reduced number of parts  and housing, interchangeability of  components and compatibility within the  product range

• The gradual speeds are propitious to the  best dimension selection 

• The noise evidently reduced by the  grinding of the bevel gears, perpect shape  modififi cation techniques and designing by  means of MASAK computer program

• Predominantly non-contacting wear– resistant labyrinth seals and taconite  seals are possible 

• Favorable thermal conduction by large  fans incorporating a new type of air  conduction fan with use of cowl
